House Rules and Booking Terms – Family Inn

Booking & purpose of stay

• Bookings are only accepted from guests aged 25 and older
• The correct number of guests and dates of birth must be provided at booking
• If staying with a child up to 2 years old, please mention this separately (only tourist tax applies)
• Purpose of stay: Family Inn is intended solely for recreational stays (holiday, weekend getaway, visiting the area). Business or work-related stays are not permitted. No (bachelor) parties allowed.
• Family Inn reserves the right to refuse a booking

Cancellation / no-show

• Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
• 5 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the first night
• Within 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount
• No-show: 100% of the total booking amount
• A day starts at 00:00
• Recommendation: take out travel insurance
  

Payment

• Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the invoice
• Payment method: bank transfer IBAN, no creditcard
• Full payment must be made no later than 8 weeks before arrival
• Booking within 8 weeks before arrival: full payment immediately after invoice
• The invoice date is leading

Prices

• Included: gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, final cleaning, TV, WiFi, coffee and tea
• Children up to 2 years stay free (excluding tourist tax)
• Tourist tax: €3.97 per person (included in total price)
• Service disruptions (TV/WiFi) do not entitle to refunds
  

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00 (preferably before 20:00)
• Check-out: until 10:00
• Late check-out until 16:00 / Early check-in from 10:00 possible (€30, subject to availability)
• Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance

Keys

• One key per stay
• Guests are responsible for locking and switching off lights
• Please return the key upon departure
• Key locker available if host is absent (code will be provided)
• Lost key: €200

Visitors

• Visitors only allowed after prior approval 

Bed linen & towels

• Included in the price
• Change on request during longer stays

Hygiene

• Do not use beds without sheets and pillowcases
• Non-removable stains will be charged

Noise

• Please avoid disturbance
• Keep music and sound at room level
• Be mindful of noise in and around the property

Waste

• Dispose of waste in bins
• Glass and paper/cardboard may be left (will be handled by host)

Pets

• Not allowed in accommodation

Smoking / vaping

• Not allowed indoors
• Allowed outside with doors/windows closed
• Terrace is smoke-free – please use ashtray

Cooking equipment / open fire

• Gourmet sets, pizzarettes or similar appliances are not allowed
• Candles are not allowed

Alcohol & (soft) drugs

• Alcohol in moderation
• Possession, use or dealing of drugs is not allowed

Internet

• Guest WiFi network available
• No illegal use or harmful content
• Misuse may result in blocked access

Damage & liability

• Family Inn is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
• Any damage to the property or inventory must be reported immediately
